Viginia Highlands Community College Wolfpack Drumline, Abington, VA USA

Virginia Highlands Community College is located in the Appalachian Mountains of Southwest Virginia in the Historic Town of Abingdon. The VHCC Wolfpack band and percussion ensemble serve to represent the College in local Christmas and Memorial Day parades as well as being the pep group for the College basketball team (The Wolves). The ensembles also present formal concerts each semester and provide ceremonial music for graduation each year. The ensembles are open to all VHCC students, with preference given to those with prior experience in their high school band programs, Faculty and members of the community. Current high school seniors are also eligible for membership (by audition) through the College’s concurrent enrollment program. We are excited to support the new DCI initiatives of Drumline Battle and SoundSport.
